Quality Assurance Analysts

Position Summary Carry out procedures to ensure that all information
systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and
end-user requirements.

Principal Responsibilities * Develop, publish and implement test plans
for all CUnet application and technical products. * Establish and
implement a regression test process. * Coordinate the performance of
careful and thorough testing for each release. * Establish and implement
a process to review test results, including the review of unit test
results of system developers and testing results of business/technical
analysts. * Test problem fixes and new features. * Ensure issue tracking
is properly updated for all issues once they have been moved to
production * Verify all CUnet products are functioning correctly before
and after a production move. * Write and maintain test automation
(Selenium/QTP/IBM Functional Tester or similar); provide and maintain
reports on test results. * Develop quality assurance standards and
assists management in implementing and maintain such standards. *
Establish and implement a method for tracking product defects over time
including defining and tracking quality assurance metrics such as defect
densities and open defect counts. * Research standard quality assurance
practices for software development and assess which practices would be
beneficial to our software development environment. * Analyze production
problems and determine solutions to improve processes to avoid the
problem in the future, ie., change control, post-implementation issues,
development and testing issues.

Education and Experience Requirements * Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science and/or commensurate experience * 5 + years in a technical
analyst position * 5 + years of quality assurance experience * Strong PC
experience,(including Internet, Window and Server environment)

Business Analyst/Java Developer - Interactive Marketing

Position Summary: Responsible for technical requests which consist but
are not limited to the following efforts: New Client Set Ups, Bug
Research and Possible Resolution, Tracking and Reporting Reconciliation,
and General Technical/Change Requests from numerous Clients, both
internal and external

Principal Responsibilities: Requirements gathering, Content/Data Entry,
Testing and General Brainstorming and Problem Solving. Requests range
from task oriented items with same day resolution to more elaborate
Client Requests and Set Ups. TA's must understand the interdependency of
requests and possible impact on the product/services; with this
knowledge TA's act often as SME's for Project Management Office.

Education and Experience Requirements: *1 to 3 years experience as a
Technical Ops Analyst or Business Analyst *Bachelor's degree in Computer
Science. *Interactive Experience - knowledge and understanding of
tracking and reporting, SEO and Analytics, HTTP Form Posting and
Webservices * Experience writing database queries in SQL *Experience
coding in an object oriented programming language *Experience with BI
tools and OLAP is an asset *Experience with Java

Software Engineer - Web Applications 

Position Summary: The Software Engineer for Web Applications provides
technical product development support for Nelnet Diversified Solutions.
Principal Responsibilities: * Develop technical solutions that conform
both to customer requirements and Nelnet software development standards
* Effectively participate in the Rapid Application Development process,
including design, development, and deployment * Continuously expand
