Location: Greenwood Village, CO (near I-25 & Orchard)
Will be responsible for product managing TriZetto’s application service (Member, Provider, Employer, Broker) offerings. TriZetto provides a wide spectrum of application implementation, optimization and operational support services (i.e. – Application Hosting) to our customers. This position will be responsible for enhancing these existing service offerings and determining new services which can be provided to our customers, with the goal to increase TriZetto’s services revenue and drive customer satisfaction. The position requires an understanding of SaaS, hosting, and/or application outsourcing models. This position reports to the Director of Product Management, Application Services.
Specific responsibilities:
• Responsible for services product management related to TriZetto application services (Member, Provider, Employer, Broker) solutions, including product road maps, overall service release strategy, and enhancement packaging
• Responsible for working with the various TriZetto R&D teams to accelerate service delivery readiness and develop capabilities which enhance the value of TriZetto application service offerings
• For assigned service offerings, position is responsible for contributions to the annual TriZetto services business plan and monthly operational reviews
• Responsible for proper commercialization of assigned application service offerings including sales readiness, pricing strategy, and streamlining the contracting process
• Frequently provide Sales & Client Services teams support for sales transactions involving Care management application service offerings
For all of these position we require previous Product Management and 'Services' Product Management experience

Required skills and experience:
• 2+ years of product management experience, with preference for Healthcare and/or Service Provider industries
• 2+ years of enterprise software implementation experience, especially in project management roles
• 2+ years of application hosting experience (ASP, SaaS, or other general IT Service Provider experience)
• Prefer experience with TriZetto software products or competitor software products considered valuable, but not required
• Prefer previous product lifecycle experience and a hands-on background with creating business cases including financial modeling concepts like IRR, NPV, budgeting, critical path constraints, and portfolio planning
• Ability to see the big picture, as well as, work at a detailed level
• Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to be flexible
• Comfortable presenting to audiences at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
