GCI - Operations Support Analyst III

Essential Duties of Position: Responsible for developing, implementing, and executing tools and processes to build, maintain, and enhance Kenan/FX billing and customer care environments. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in highly complex integrated billing systems. Automate existing processes to minimize staffing requirements and ensure reliable operation.

Candidate must have at least 4 years experience supporting multiple enterprise-wide billing & customer care systems like Kenan/FX. Concurrently, a minimum of five years of programming experience, three years of Oracle or SQL Server (i.e. SQL), and two years of Java/Perl/PL-SQL/shell programming.

Level of Education required to meet minimum qualifications: Bachelor's degree in information technology/systems or related areas desired. Additional relevant experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.

Certifications Required: Oracle Certified Professional and Java Certified Programmer preferred, but not required.
