Webroot is currently seeking a Systems Administrator for our Data Center Operations Team. As the Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for server infrastructure at Webroot’s Boulder, Colorado facilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Manage & monitor the data center’s hardware and software infrastructures.
· Perform design, development and implementation work related to the maintenance and expansion of the data center’s hardware and software infrastructures.
· Coordinate with and support Development and other stake-holders as appropriate.
· Perform on-call duties on a rotating basis.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Required Administration Skills:
· 4+ years of hands-on experience in a Systems Administration role
· Advanced Experience with the following
o Microsoft Windows Server 2003
o VMWare ESX/vSphere
o VMWare vCenter applications
o Microsoft Active Directory
o Storage Area Networks (SANs)
o DNS & BIND
o Server Hardware
Desired Administrative Skills:
· MS SQL Server 2000/2005 & MySQL Databases
· Experience with enterprise security software
· Working knowledge of Linux/Apache/MySQL/PHP environments
Education & Certifications:
4 Year Undergraduate Degree
Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE) Desired
