Major Job Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for working with users and subject
matter experts to identify business requirements, identifying and
defining business cases/use cases and business rules and transform these
into system requirements (technical) with oversight from and review by
management:

* Gather, review and analyze business requirements for various
departments (Accounting, Sales, Operations, etc.)

* Transform business requirements into system requirements.

* Produce detailed documentation of business requirements, use
case scenarios, system specifications and functional requirements.

* Decompose business requirements and map to system specific
functionality.

* Be the interface between the software development team and end
user community.

* Facilitate and document meetings and issue resolution
discussions among user, development and test groups.

* Update requirements as needed.

* Assist users in trade off analysis and risk assessment.

* Participate in technical design and reviews.

* Review implementation and test information against
requirements.

* Develop User Acceptance Test definitions to meet the
requirements.

* Assist in user acceptance test evaluation.

* Provide user training.



Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical aptitude and a desire
to learn new skills.

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science /
Engineering / Information Technology.

* Minimum 6 years experience in software development
environment.

* Experience in structured system analysis techniques desirable.

* Experience with object oriented development.

* Experience in training a plus.

* Programming experience a plus.

* Ability to work in a dynamic, effectively fast paced and
collaborative team environment.

* Ability to provide information to management on projects based
on project priorities, methodologies and time management.

* Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel and Project).

* Thorough understanding of Software Development Life Cycle and
software development methodologies.

Major Job Responsibilities:

The primary responsibilities for the Systems Administrator II position
are to support the development and testing environments of National
CineMedia. The responsibilities include documenting, supporting and
troubleshooting all Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 servers, SQL Server
Databases, Exchange services and server applications used in the
Development and Test Environments. The ideal candidate will have
multiple years of experience working with virtual server environments
including VMware ESX and Microsoft Hype-V and Virtual Server. The
position reports directly to the Director of Technical Services with
dotted line responsibility to the VP of Systems Engineering.

* Maintain, manage and support all servers (hardware and
software) contained within the Development and Test environments
managed by IT.

* Responsible for performing all application upgrades, database
updates (reviewed and/or executed by a Production DBA), OS
patches/upgrades and virus updates into any of the DEV/TEST environments
are not impacting projects.

* Responsible for all technical and operational activities
associated with the database administration function for SQL Server
2005/2007 databases.

* Configure and manage domain controllers and web servers using
Microsoft IIS (5.0, 6.0 & 7.0) and SQL Server.

* Performs activities associated with performance and tuning
analysis; developing and maintaining standards; capacity planning,
workload modeling and prediction; systems support; application support
and optimization; problem resolution tracking; database backup and
recovery and software patches/upgrades for Windows 2000/2003/2008
Servers, SQL Server, Exchange and all enterprise level server
applications.

* Maintain on a local share for QA and IT inventory of all
Development/Test application, database, O/S versions in all supported
environments and variance to production.

* Support DEV/TEST Environment access control functions as
needed by the test efforts following theNCM IT security authorization
processes.

* Work directly with VP of Systems Engineering to ensure
DEV/TEST environments including the coordination of additional resources
needed for resolution. Ensuring that there are tickets on all issues
and details regarding resolution for tracking purposes. Responsible for
ensuring that all DEV/TEST environment tickets are closed in a timely
manner.

* Responsible for support of the DEV/TEST environments outside
of business hours requiring to be on call 24/7 with a company provided
cell phone, as needed.

* Ensure all deployment packages delivered to the production
team work without issues and are accurately documented.

* Assist with standardizing installation procedures for
applications for the DEV/TEST environment.

* Point of contact for implementation into the Production
Environment. Due to SOD this individual will not deploy to production
environments and may have limited access to production environments.

* Test, document and modify install processes as necessary to
implement software upgrades for all applications supported by the
development and test environments.

* Document server statistics to include hardware and software
inventory, serial numbers, support packs and server services as it
relates to the DEV/TEST environment.

* Determine baselines and thresholds for each server dependent
on installed services and applications for the DEV/TEST Environments.

* Required to log all time against a DEV/TEST project and submit
weekly timesheets to be reviewed by Director of Technical Services and
VP of Systems Engineering.

* Ensure all duties and responsibilities are following the IT
Policies and Procedures including security for the DEV/TEST
Environments.



Qualifications:

* Expert in virtual server environments including VMware ESX
and ESX and Microsoft Hyper-V and Virtual Server.

* Expert Windows 2000, 2003 and 2008 Server installation,
configuration and administration.

* Advanced SQL Server 2005/2008 database administration
including clusters.

* Advanced knowledge of Exchange 2003/2007 services in a
clustered environment.

* Advanced knowledge of Active Directory.

* Advanced knowledge of IIS 5.0, 6.0 and 7.0.

* Ability to configure WINS, TCP/IP and DNS.

* Advanced knowledge of NTFS and Windows security.

* Server hardware installation and configuration.

* Ability to work independently.

* Excellent communication and decision making skills.

* Excellent telephone oral (English Language) communication.

* Excellent written (English Language) communication.

* Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
