Software Support Specialist
ZOLL Data Systems develops software for the Emergency Medical
Services community. Our RescueNet Suite of software is implemented in
ambulance companies and fire departments across the nation.
We are currently hiring two Software Support Technicians to support
our Tablet ePCR and Fire RMS product. NO product knowledge is
required; we offer extensive training on our products.
In this role, you would be responsible for providing phone support to
dispatchers, paramedics, EMTs, and medical billers across the country
and for assisting them with their business processes.
Required background for this position includes 3+ years of experience
in customer service, a strong background in computers, and excellent
customer service skills. All of our products are Windows based.
Formalized education or professional background involving computers
and computer technology highly desired.
We are looking for someone to work a typical day shift, Monday-
Friday. Pager duty rotates between team members - you will carry a
pager approx. once every 6-7 weeks. There is extra compensation for
this duty. Overtime is usually available in this role as well.
We strongly prefer candidates with Server and Database experience.
