MWH is seeking an Solutions Analyst within the Centre of Consulting
Innovations group. This position is located in the corporate
headquarters
office in Broomfield, CO.

Responsible for creation, enhancement, and maintenance of business
critical technical systems and application software utilizing a variety
of
computing architecture (e.g., client/server, intranet, web) platforms.
Analyze problems and recommend solutions to insure the business
requirements of MWH are met in the most efficient manner. Ensure an
integrated approach to solutions is utilized and solutions are aligned
with the overall strategy of MWH Global and the business objectives and

requirements of internal customers.


This position interacts throughout the organization internally and
externally. This position will collaborate with company customers,
staff,
IT colleagues and other stakeholders to identify the customer technical

requirements assess impacts to other data and systems, consider
available
technologies, compare costs and benefits, and recommend solutions. This

position will ensure results meet negotiated customer expectations and
adhere to company standards and strategies.

1. Solution Development Lifecycle Management
- Define business requirements and work with other team members to
translate requirements into technical solutions. Analysis skills should

entail scope definition leading to iterations of requirements and
design.
Frequent interaction with technical and process architects.
- Creation of Rough Order Magnitude and Statement of Work documents
- Creation of internal Work Orders
- Compose and manage the development of both high-level and detailed
use
cases and document the proposed solution¡¿s vision and scope. Ensure
that
requirements statements are complete, concise, comprehensible,
feasible,
and verifiable and that they conform to standards.
- Contribute to the entire SDLC process by participating in technical
design reviews, conference room pilots, testing, training and
post-implementation evaluation to ensure that business requirements and

objectives have been fulfilled. Identify issues and gaps between
original
and actual solution functionality.
- Analyze, develop, and recommend modifications to internal development

and support processes that will result in the team¡¿s ability to
deliver
and support solutions.
2. Business Partnering
- Responsible for all aspects of the ownership of relationships between

the clients and the CCI Fast World Delivery organization with respect
to
the engagement assigned.
- Support business case development by ensuring that scope,
requirements,
business impact and project timelines are realistic and achievable.
Understand the justification behind solution delivery initiatives
including the motivating factors for all stakeholders.
- Analyze, develop, and recommend modifications to supporting business
processes that will result in the most efficient use of the implemented

solutions.
- Evaluate requests, identify solutions and alternatives, determine
high-level work estimates, and route for appropriate approval and
prioritization.
3. Marketing
- Create and deliver solution demos to a wide variety of internal and
external audiences
- Create and maintain marketing related materials (product sheets,
presentations, web content, etc
- Socialize solution value proposition via in-person and web-based
presentations
4.Project Management
- Create and maintain all project plans and the information required
for
the plan including scope definition.
- Adhere to PMO Project Management Framework.
- Participate in required PMO meetings and workshops.
- Report project status to the PMO for all high-risk projects.
Communicate project status to team members, stakeholders, and end
users.
- Manage project scope to ensure deliverable dates are met. Responsible

for tracking all change requests and managing their implementation or
deferral.
5.People/Resource Management
- No direct reports
- Expected to be an influential leader in the CCI organization
- Work with line managers to resource project plans.
- Act as a mentor to other staff by providing guidance in solving
problems, and being effective in all aspects of their jobs. Assist and
coach staff in areas of continuous improvement, customer service
orientation, and career development.
6.Change Enablement Work with project team to:
- Identify and evaluate change and the impact
- Prepare for change
- Enable change
- Verify and support change


Bachelor's degree in an information technology or related discipline
required.
Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive responsibility in solution
development/configuration for IT Systems, of which at least 3 years was

spent analyzing, designing, and/or implementing complex business
systems
and facilitation of associated business change management
