PaySimple is looking for a network administrator with a passion for IT
to join our growing team and contribute to the success and evolution of
our payment solution application. In this role, your responsibility
is to ensure that the stability and integrity of the in-house data,
security, and wireless network services. You will be required to
participate in the installation, monitoring, maintenance, support, and
optimization of all hardware, software, and communication links. You will also be
responsible for analyzing and resolving network hardware and software
problems in a timely and accurate manner.

Responsibilities

Ø Implementation, support, and maintenance of data communications
networks on a company-wide basis; this will require that the incumbent to
be actively involved with the implementation and support/administration
of these systems once deployed
Ø Implementation, support, and maintenance of all telephone, desktop
and server systems
Ø Maintain and support printers, faxes, etc.
Ø Diagnosis and resolution of complex network operating problems with
technical assistance from vendors, common carriers, and technical IT
management
Ø Analysis of the performance of the data communication network,
including usage and load patterns and system response times using SNMP, etc.
Ø Monitoring of the security systems and maintain optimum security
features throughout all network systems
Ø Guide the technology development team around the network/hardware
architecture and help ensure production access remains PCI compliant
Ø Participation in topology design for new or modified systems,
including the analysis of parameters such as recovery capabilities, automated
diagnostics, redundancy capabilities, etc.
Ø Responsible for building and maintaining any scripts necessary to
analyze the health of the systems

Skills/Experience

Ø Bachelors degree in a relevant field
Ø Two+ years of experience in the planning, installation, and
operation of moderately complex data communication systems
Ø Provide support for a 24-hour operation
Ø Windows Server 2003 experience
Ø DNS and Active Directory experience
Ø Scripting in a Windows environment experience
Ø PCI Compliance experience a plus

This position requires a candidate who is highly self-motivated and
self-directed with the ability to work with limited supervision.
Successful candidate must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills,
including high degree of attention to detail and accurate processes.
