Position Description
**Please Note: This is an after hours position with a set work schedule
of Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6am until 6pm.

Responsible for providing technical, functional, and coding support to
customer's product support teams, field engineers or technicians who
are
diagnosing, troubleshooting and debugging highly technical or
sophisticated software or computer systems.

Responds to situations where first-line product support has failed to
isolate or fix problems in software. Reports design, reliability and
maintenance problems or bugs to software engineering/ design
engineering. May be involved in customer installation and training.
Provides support to customer/users where the product is highly or
complex or technical in nature.


Minimum Requirements
**2+ years experience providing technical support to product support
teams, field engineers and technicians.
**UNIX knowledge required
**Knowledge of SQL and Oracle highly desired


Additional Knowledge & Skills
**Must be a quick learner with the ability to work independently
**Must be a self-starter and proactive in learning McKesson's many
applications
**Stellar communication skills and a strong work ethic are absolutely
critical


Education
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in diagnosing and
troubleshooting software and/or customer service on computer systems.

Position Description As a Call Coordinator Customer Support
representative in the Triage group, responsible for being the first
contact from customers with software issues. Responsible for
responding
to product application support questions from customers regarding the
company's software. Analyzes problems with software applications to
identify problem area(s) and recommend corrective action. Recommends
solutions to customer application questions. May utilize specialized
domain expertise related to the specific application of the software to
resolve customer problems.


Minimum Requirements
**2+ years product applications support experience.
**Any Unix, SQL or Oracle knowledge highly desired.
**Must be extremely detail-oriented and possess the ability to
prioritize customer calls and facilitate them to the proper support
groups.
**Must be a quick learner and self-starter with the ability to learn
and
differentiate between several critical proprietary software
applications.
**Must have the ability to maintain a professional and composed
demeanor
in high volume/high stress call situations.


Education
BS degree or equivalent experience.
