About the Role:

You  will report to the Director, Information Security as a key
contributor  to our vendor compliance program.  Your experience as an
information  security professional will help us identify a best practice
framework  for the identification, evaluation, selection and management
of our  diverse vendor portfolio.  Your creativity will help us achieve
a  healthy balance between our internal/partner desires while meeting
compliance requirements and protecting our customers.

What you'll be doing:

    * Ensuring  SquareTwo Financial understands the products and services
provided by  our vendors; ensuring vendors understand and meet our
Information  Security Requirements
    * Conducting onsite reviews of critical vendors
    * Creating detailed analyst reports to qualify any risks to
information assets
    * Documenting and tracking remediation plans as necessary
    * Advising key stakeholders of Risk Mitigation Strategies
    * Maintaining accurate (current) vendor risk management processes in
compliance with internal and external requirements
    * Acting as a trusted advisor to SquareTwo Financial Partners on all
areas of Information Security
    * Working  closely with internal stakeholders to manage the
relationship cycle  with vendors; negotiating / renegotiating existing
agreements with  preferred vendors
    * Providing thought leadership continually identifying opportunities
for improvements

What we're looking for from you:

    * Bachelor's Degree – Information Technology, Computer
Sciences or related discipline
    * Minimum  of 6 years of professional experience in a computer
related field, with  at least 3 years in Public IT Audit or information
security at an  enterprise level corporation.
    * CISA, CISSP, ISSAP, or other relevant certification.
    * Sarbanes-Oxley, GLBA and PCI-DSS experience
    * Familiarity with Vendor Risk Assessments and Vendor Management
    * Working Knowledge of best in class security and infrastructure
products
    * Ability to articulate and document security configurations
    * Exceptional written, verbal and presentation skills
    * Able to think strategically and execute tactically
    * Ability to skillfully manage projects, facilitate discussions and
coordinate activities
    * Strong interpersonal "team player" and highly motivated
self-starter
    * Natural ability to persuade, convince and influence others through
collaboration
    * Ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work
environment
    * Comfortable with travel between 25% and 50% (first year travel will
be up to 75%)

About the Role:

You  will report to the Director, Information Security as a technical
architecture and audit specialist.  This position will apply your
significant knowledge and hands on experience with computer security
controls, application security, network architecture, computer
forensics, incident response.  You'll be responsible for providing
business support by performing security assessments, security
architecture & design, and formal review of security controls  required
to maintain Sarbanes Oxley and PCI-DSS compliance.

What you'll be doing:

    * Performing security administration functions (Level 2 / Level 3)
    * Installing and troubleshooting systems, appliances, and security
devices to ensure functional requirements are met
    * Working with business and franchise partner customers to manage
system access
    * Providing password and RSA Two-Factor authentication management
support
    * Supporting ongoing integration effort with LDAP (active directory)
    * Acting  as primary support for maintenance of existing security
infrastructure  including but not limited to SIEM, Two-Factor
Authentication, VPN,  Firewall, Anti-Virus, Database Firewall, Password
Vault, Web Application  Firewall
    * Troubleshooting and resolving services desk tickets as needed;
acting as tier 2/3 support for Incident Response escalations
    * Articulating and documenting security configurations

What we're looking for from you:

    * Bachelor's Degree – Information Technology, Computer
Sciences or related discipline
    * Minimum of 3 years in a computer related field, with at least 1
year in Information Security
    * CISSP or CISA certification attained or in progress
    * Sarbanes-Oxley and PCI-DSS experience
    * Experience with disaster recovery planning, testing, auditing, risk
analysis, business continuity planning, contingency planning
    * Solid experience in networking and operating systems (TCP/IP and
Windows / Linux)
    * Working  knowledge of mainstream  security and infrastructure
products that  might include: Citrix, Cisco, Palo Alto, CheckPoint,
Trend Micro, MDM,  RSA, SIEM
    * Practical experience with TSA, MDM and SIEM
    * Strategic thinking skills
    * Strong interpersonal "team player" from a highly motivated
self-starter

About the Role:

You will lead information technology audits and technology areas on
integrated audits at corporate and at partner locations.  Your  primary
focus will be information technology processes; however, you  will also
be involved with operational, compliance and financial aspects  of our
audits.  You and the internal audit team will  collaborate with our
executive leadership and partners to ensure  effective and efficient
actions plans are fully implemented on a timely  basis.

What you'll be doing:

    * Developing  collaborative working relationships with information

    * Creating and maintaining the technology audit universe and
developing technology components of the internal audit plan.
    * Managing  IT, financial, operational and regulatory audit and
advisory projects  and internal audit engagements of various
complexities from cradle to  grave, working alone or supervising teams
of varying sizes.
    * Supporting  an integrated audit approach by partnering with the
business and  internal auditors to assess technology components of
audits and  developing our audit approach to address high risk areas.
    * Executing  audit engagements and performing audit procedures;
identifying and  defining issues; developing criteria and creative
auditing techniques;  reviewing and analyzing evidence; documenting and
analyzing client  processes, systems and procedures; conducting
interviews; reviewing  documents; developing and administering surveys;
composing summary  memos, and preparing work papers.
    * Identifying,  developing, and documenting audit issues and
recommendations for  improvement using good judgment while maintaining
independence and  objectivity.
    * Promptly  communicating the results of audit and consulting
projects via written  reports and oral presentations to our leadership
and the Board of  Directors.
    * Bringing information technology knowledge and audit expertise to
the team and providing guidance and coaching to non-IT auditors and our
partner network.
    * Providing  training, coaching, and guidance in information
technology governance,  risk and control to when conducting audits and
other audit-related  projects.

What we're looking for from you:

    * Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
    * Minimum of 6 years of experience.  Experience with consumer credit
compliance audit OR of Big-4 public auditing experience will be highly
regarded
    * Current certifications that might include: CISA, CISSP, CPA, CIA.
    *  Extensive  knowledge of information systems terminology, concepts,
and practices:  on-line processing, client server implementations,
emerging  technologies, database concepts, system development
methodologies,  information security, disaster recovery, operating
systems,  telecommunications and remote access techniques.
    * Considerable  skill in planning and project management, and in
maintaining composure  under pressure while meeting multiple deadlines
    * Demonstrated  competency in applying internal auditing standards,
internal control  frameworks (including COBIT), management principles
and leading  practices.
    * Strong communicator with the ability to develop collaborative
working relationships both internally and externally.
    * Ability  to understand a situation or problem by putting the pieces
together,  seeing the larger picture and internal or external
