What you offer:
* Experience in Web Administration in a medium to high volume data center
o Excellent analytical and problem analysis
o Provide direction and guidance to less experienced staff
o Ability to provide off-hours support on a rotational basis
* Extensive application support for mission critical services, including:
o Apache
o IIS6/IIS7
* Ability to manage Apache and IIS websites
o Provide effective solutions to web architectural issues
o Demonstrate expertise with HTTPS and SSL
o Identify and resolve issues with security and permissions
o Identify and resolve performance issues
o Manage and review logs
* Working knowledge and experience in:
o Local and global load balancing technologies
o DNS
o Multi-Tiered applications
o Intranets
o Web site monitoring, i.e. Gomez, Keynote, Sitescope
* Strong customer service and communication skills
o Work with Development and Engineering teams
o Determine hardware requirements to support projected transaction volumes and response times
o Collaborate with project teams to define and track success metrics for client websites

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer
WHAT YOU OFFER
A bachelor's degree is preferred and a minimum 1 to 3 years in Software Quality Assurance. The ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Experience with testing web based applications. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills. Familiar with multiple web browsers and OS platforms. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
