looking for a Telecommuications Analyst with background
administrating Cisco (IPCC) and Avaya (CMS).
A well qualified candidate will have the following:
- Administration (Moves, Adds and Changes) on both Cisco and Avaya
VoIP platforms
- Experience setting up automatic call distribution (ACD, Vectoring)
- Troubleshooting issues that may arise
Pluses:
- Data experience, specifically networking
- Unix administration
