JOB DESCRIPTION
This Executive Director position will manage the support of
McKesson's external enterprise software. Candidates will be
responsible for up to 10 managers and 150 employees in Broomfield.
Responsible for overseeing the technical, functional, and/ or coding
support to customer's product support teams, field engineers, or
technicians who are diagnosing, troubleshooting and debugging highly
technical or sophisticated software or computer systems. Supervises
Technical Support Engineers that respond to situations where first-
line product support and standard procedures have failed to isolate
or fix problems in software. Establishes and maintains lines of
communication with software engineering/ development on design,
reliability and maintenance issues. Ensures engineers are current
with the latest upgrades and/or new releases. May be involved in
customer installation and training programs. This is 24/7/365
support center and the position reports to the Vice-President of
Customer Relations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
* 8+ years of supporting enterprise software to external customers
in a support/help desk environment (must be external enterprise
support)
* 8+ years of technical support/help desk experience including
working with product support teams, engineers and technicians
* 8+ years of high level management experience including overseeing
up to 10 managers and a team of up to 150 employees
* Proven ability in change management
* Extensive expertise with Unix/Linux, Oracle and RAC systems
* Excellent team building, communication and organizational skills

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent
experience.
