POSITION SUMMARY:
The development team is charged with writing world-class software that
simplifies the entire asset lifecycle, supports all business activities,
performs well today and will scale up to meet their future needs. Quality

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Providing technical vision and leadership with the proof of value
project for Oracle's Exadata/Exalogic hardware, and our subsequent
transition to that platform.
* Developing a new flagship Eagle platform and helping with the final
transitions off of our legacy platform.
* Providing technical leadership while working within a Scrum team to
estimate, plan, design and develop superior products that support our
business and our franchise partners.
* Designing and developing the web front-end within Oracle Application
Development Framework (ADF) using Java and SQL, as well as JavaScript and
CSS.
* Designing, developing and orchestrating middle tier services within
Oracle SOA Suite, using BPEL, EJBs, and XSLT, as well as calling ETL, PL/SQL
and other tools.
* Developing Oracle Toplink adapters with custom SQL solutions.
Ensuring that our applications meet our lofty goals for quality and
performance through unit, integration, system, performance and user
acceptance testing
QUALIFICATIONS:
* BS in computer science or engineering
* 5+ years of professional Java/.J2EE web development experience
* Experience with Oracle Application Development Frameworks (ADF) or
similar web development frameworks (think Rails/Grails or JSF/Struts/etc +
Hibernate/JPA/etc)
* Experience with the Oracle SOA Suite or similar SOA platform (such
as IBM's WebSphere SOA platform)
* Experience with a solid combination of the following: EJB, XSLT,
JMS, XML, CSS, JavaScript, BPEL
* Strong SQL programming skills
* Experience building business, financial or data-centric applications

Summary
The Financial Assurance team plays a critical role in making Level 3 more successful. We work with cross-functional teams to identify and eliminate revenue and cost leakage in our business, ensuring we bill revenue and manage costs as effectively as possible. This involves structuring problems, analyzing data, implementing solutions and driving implementation/operations - working closely with Level 3’s sales, product, engineering, finance, IT, and provisioning teams.

You have in-depth telecom knowledge and at least 7 years experience with a leading Telecom operator. You have strong technical skills and operational business savvy. Epsilon - Technology Manager
The Manager of Technology is a hands-on position. This role is responsible for the technical direction and ongoing support of a marketing solution for a client or group of clients. Technical Managers must possess solid experience in implementing large-scale Oracle data warehouse solutions, leading teams of database developers, relational database design and implementation of both data warehouses and data marts, marketing automation and business intelligence applications, systems and data integration, and demonstrating a detailed understanding of a client.s solution.
