SpotXchange - Support Engineer

We are looking for a self-driven and hard working person to fill our Technical Support Engineer position at SpotXchange. As part of our technical operations team, you will have limitless opportunities to grow technically in a fast-paced and exciting environment, while learning from the best in the industry. Where most jobs become monotonous, this unique position allows the flexibility for personal and mental growth at an rapid rate. As a TSE, you will be representing the technical quality control of the company; our video advertisements, through integrating publishers and DSPs, all while solving complex technical issues.
  
Requirements
- Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of technological knowledge
- A self-starter & fast learner with strong follow-through / problem solving skills
- Desire to learn new technologies and apply knowledge on a daily basis
- Great communication skills and detail-oriented
- Ability to read/write in programming languages such as HTML, CSS, XML, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of DSPs and SSPs, ad servers and ad exchanges
- 1+ years in a client-facing technical role
  
Preferred
- Experience in the Advertisement Industry
- Experience in Web Technology (debug, troubleshooting, understanding) of Charles, Firebug, HTTP Live Headers, Fiddler
- Understanding of SQL, PHP, HTTP, cookies, REST, SAML, SOAP, etc.
- Understanding of VAST and VPAID technologies
