This entry level staff position is part of the Datu Health IT Department. It is accountable for providing support services to Datu employees, assisting with continuity of computing systems and providing solutions to various IT-related problems.
Duties and Responsibilities
Provide 1st line technical support for Datu employees, contractors, staff and remote users
Assist with infrastructure related items, migration projects and integration
Develop and streamline internal IT support processes
Configure hardware, software, networking equipment and other administrative devices
Troubleshoot outages, network problems and service outages
Document and inventory hardware and assignment of items to end users
Develop procedures and instructions for end users and IT staff
Research and make recommendations for new technologies and products
Contribute to other team efforts and requests as needed
Travel up to 20% required

Education/Experience Required
High School education required.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems preferred.
0 to 2 years of IT support experience
Basic understanding of IT workflows and processes
Basic understanding of networking, computing systems and communication interfaces
Experience using OS X, Microsoft Office, Cisco devices, Google Applications, and Amazon Web Services
