LivingSocial - QA Engineer

We're looking for a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer in our Washington, DC headquarters to make a big difference in software testing for LivingSocial's large-scale ecommerce applications. In this role, you'll apply expertise in evolving test frameworks and methodologies to ensure the quality and reliability of our rapidly expanding systems. 

Responsibilities

Work closely with LivingSocial's engineering, product and operations team to design automated test methodologies
Assist the Product Development team in writing actionable, testable product requirements in the form of user stories
Develop and maintain test tools to automate functional and performance testing of the system
Evaluate and improve testing methodologies for continuous improvement
Required Skills/Experience

Bachelor's degree
4+ years of Quality Assurance engineering experience in an Agile environment
4+ years experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) against multiple browsers/OS
2+ years experience with Selenium or Watir automated framework 
Demonstrated proficiency with scripting/programming languages (preferably Ruby/Ruby on Rails)
Experienced with SCM tools (preferably Git, GitHub)
Some experience with project management/defect tracking tools (preferably JIRA)
