Yieldex - Client Services Manager, Senior Systems Administrator

Description:
The client services manager leads the activation of Yieldex services and
solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project
management, deployment, and adoption of the Yieldex software suite.
Expertise of the online media ecosystem is a big plus. Experience
working with ad servers, 3rd party data providers, online media order
management systems, and yield management tools is also a big plus.

This position requires strong business acumen and the ability to set and
exceed client expectations for success. The candidate will understand
the client success metrics and apply technical and product expertise to
ensure successful activation and client adoption. Success will require
strong communication and coordination with the client and internal
engineering and product teams.

Qualifications

    * 3-5+ years experience in project management or professional
services in a publishing or technology company
    * 2+ years digital advertising and technology industry experience is
a plus
    * Bachelors degree or equivalent in technology or business a must
    * A passion for customer success and laser focus on providing
customer value
    * Demonstrated ability to manage projects involving multiple internal
and external stakeholders
    * Proven ability to articulate a project's vision and benefits to
a multiple stakeholders
    * Experience coordinating with technology teams, sales, and support
functions to ensure the most efficient activation cycle
    * Demonstrated track record of exceeding established goals on a
consistent basis
    * Ability to quickly grasp and understand technical specifications,
problems and concepts
    * Outstanding attention to detail combined with an ability to see the
big picture
    * Excellent written and oral communications
    * Strong work ethic, team-oriented attitude, and high integrity
