About the Role:
As the newest member of our amazing infrastructure team you will be primarily responsible for supporting our executive team and senior leaders' technology needs.  You'll be working in a highly visible role to ensure that they have access to their devices whenever and wherever they need them.  Your talent for transcending operating environments that include PCs, Macs, mobile devices, tablets will be valuable to our team.

What you'll be doing:
    As the Executive device SME, you'll be the `go to' person for technical glitches, pesky connectivity-on-the-road stuff, preventive maintenance, new device deployment and general `how do I'?
    You're in the `as needed' mode – no day will ever be the same – on the phone, in person and remote support are all in your wheelhouse
    Establishing standards, processes and written documentation for new device deployment including network, security schema, email and applications
    Ready to lend a hand wherever you're needed – backup the service desk, handle overflow trouble tickets, office moves, new-hire preparation and anything else that needs to be done
    Helping create and maintain the device inventory; both company owned and BYOD

What we're looking for from you:
    A BS degree in a technical discipline and at least 5 years of experience on a service desk or desktop support role specializing in multi-platform device management
    Certifications that might include MCITP, ACMT and demonstrated experience supporting senior level professionals in a multiplatform enterprise
    Demonstrated competency with Microsoft Office 2010, Windows 7, MacOS, iOS and Android
    Experience with VOIP, VMWare, mobile device management and remote connectivity
    An intense interest in making technology as useful and trouble-free as possible
    The ability and a strong desire to support executives – this takes tact, finesse and a gifted communicator
    Self-starter, meticulous, and detail oriented.

About the Role:
As a senior member of our amazing development team you'll play an integral part in the design, development and delivery of new functionality for our newly released Exalogic/Exadata `eAGLE' system.  Working in partnership with our internal team and franchises you'll help drive the evolution of new product functionality that will pave the way for expanded business opportunities (translates to – more revenue).  More revenue means we all share in our success!  Want to join us?

What you'll be doing:
    As a senior member of our development team you'll demonstrate your superior design, coding and mentorship skills as a highly productive engineer
    Your experience with web services, middleware orchestration and keen eye for elegant UI development will help elevate more junior members
    As a working lead, you will coach, mentor and train by example – using architecture best practices and adopting our framework methodologies
    Provide accurate estimates of your work effort during sprint planning sessions – and then deliver!
    Work as an engaged member of the team to support unit, integration, system, and user acceptance level testing of complex application code.
    Skillfully facilitate design sessions with your team and participate in requirements gathering with business users and other key stakeholders. 

What we're looking for from you:
    BS in computer science or engineering
    5+ years experience with J2EE development preferably with Oracle SOA Suite
    Experience building business, financial or data-centric applications
    Experience with ADF, BPEL, EJB, XSLT, JMS and XML
    Strong SQL programming skills are required
    Strong problem solving skills.
    Ability to troubleshoot complex code and provide performance recommendations.
