SummaryWorking independently under limited supervision, plans, designs, develops, and analyzes business plans for complex problems. The primary responsibilities of the position include the coordination/gathering of project impact assessments from various groups within organization, working with stakeholders to understand their requirements to define scope of projects, assist program managers in group with defining requirements and successfully tracking projects through their respective life-cycles.
Essential Duties* Manages release schedules, prioritizes projects, ensures adequate resources are available during testing windows, attends/leads meetings, provides project status reporting to management, assists with testing scenarios, and validates results.
* Responsible for conducting and documenting complex business analysis projects.
* Develops, interprets and implements financial concepts for business planning and control.
* Performs technical analysis to determine present and future business performance.
* Occasionally leads direct or indirect employees for a specific project or objective.
* May provide functional advice or training to less-experienced business analyst positions.
Education and Experience* Experience: 5+ yrs

Work Environment
Government Security Required: No
Sits five to seven hours per day. Stands and or walks one to three hours per day. May bend, reach, stoop and crouch throughout the day. Should have the ability to hear, speak and see effectively to perform the necessary tasks of this position. Manual dexterity is occasionally required. The position may require frequent movement and activity relating to using keyboards, viewing data on computer displays, and communicating verbally and in writing to the needs of others. Qualifications
Essential Job Responsibilities and Requirements :- Overall job responsibility is to create repeatable and intuitive SQL server reports against organizational, group, and individual contributor performance measures to facilitate process and team improvement.- Individual will create performance reports on install, change and disconnect orders as well as performer tasks, actions and revenue reporting. Reporting and metrics will be sourced from multiple order entry, workflow and inventory systems as well as supporting data marts / databases. Required Knowledge and Skills:- Proficient in the following: Microsoft SQL Server (which uses the T-SQL ANSI/SQL development standards) SSRS (SQL Server Report Services) SSIS/DTS package development Visual Studio Oracle 9i or better.
