Full Circle Systems (Full Circle) specializes in the design and implementation of document management, imaging, and workflow solutions utilizing best of breed technologies including Full Circle System's DocVue suite of document management tools.

Full Circle Systems is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to provide remote customer support to our DocVue install base requiring technical assistance or information related to the product application. The Technical Support Analyst will be a product expert and customer liaison for communication, issue resolution, and escalation to development when needed. In addition, the Technical Support Analyst will assist with product test plans and product testing for new product releases.

Responsibilities: Technical Support and Quality Control

Technical Support
• Deliver high quality, friendly and patient first line technical support to a variety of remote end users
Quality Control
• Update and execute test plans for upgrades and new releases of the product
• Perform product testing as needed (unit, regression, system, stress)
Required Skills
• Ability to provide remote technical support for customers with application and system questions, configuration issues, and complex technical problems.
• Strong problem solving skills that include ability to assess complex problems, collect data, establish facts, and document detailed and accurate information about issues, troubleshooting steps and resolution.
• Strong documentation skills used to provide direct input into the internal and customer facing knowledgebase.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational, planning, and analytical skills
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Familiarity with JAVA and database-driven applications (may include code review to pinpoint root cause)
• Understanding of SQL and how databases work (may include code review to pinpoint root cause)
• Knowledge of PC operating systems on clients and servers (Windows and Linux/Unix and Command line savvy in each)
• Knowledge of networking and security
• Programming experience using Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0/.NET VB

Optional experience but extremely desirable
• Document management, imaging and workflow application experience
• Oil and gas accounting application experience
• Experience with scanners and Kofax scanning software
• Quality Assurance and product testing

Education: B.S. in Computer Science or related field REQUIRED
Experience: 2- 3 years in Applications Support/Help Desk, Technical Support, Product Development and/or Product Installations
Travel: Limited travel required
Salary: Commensurate with experience – includes base plus bonuses
