Market Force Information is seeking a Software Configuration Management
Engineer to be responsible for managing releases within the MFI systems
for multiple environments within the MFI organization. This position
reports to MFI Quality Assurance Manager.




Primary Duties and Responsibilities:


* Work closely with technical project manager, development teams
in several locations, QA, and other teams to understand project
requirements and coordinate timing, dependencies and issues
* Coordinate and plan build and release schedules
* Define, implement, and manage release policies, procedures, and
tools
* Manage the release process across environments
* Coordinate with software developers and Database Administrators
to ensure modified code meets requirements for release to production and
to maintain release history
* Introduce process changes as appropriate to help facilitate the
delivery of quality products
* Ensure and prioritize scope of release in accordance with
business requirement documents
* Create and communicate release documentation
* Configure, maintain, and administer version control tool

* Assist QA team with testing activities as time allows.




Required Qualifications:

versed in Windows server administration to join our corporate
headquarters in Louisville, Colorado. The Windows Server Administrator
is responsible for providing server-level support for GHX's
corporate-computing systems that run on a Microsoft operating system.
Specific responsibilities include:

* Designs, develops, implements, installs, troubleshoots and
enhances Microsoft systems hosting a variety of network support services
such as Microsoft Active Directory Services, DNS and various application
systems such as MS Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Server, SharePoint,
WSUS, enterprise-level anti-virus solutions, Veritas Netbackup (or
similar backup solution), and Citrix.

* Analyzes, tests, installs and documents existing systems

* Monitors all systems and logs daily for all servers required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

* Must have a minimum of three (3) years experience in a Microsoft
Windows server environment consisting of at least ten (10) networked
servers. Must have experience with Windows Server Standard and
Enterprise (including clustering), Exchange Server, and Microsoft Active
Directory including multiple-site setup and configuration.

* Security systems and tools including--but not limited to--GPO
that are applied to domain, site, and OU levels.

* Experience with an enterprise-level anti-virus program is highly
desirable.

* Must be conversant with networking principles, including the OSI
model, to be able to work with the network engineers when our systems
appear to be having network issues.

* Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. of computer equipment or
components.

* Must have sufficient visual acuity and manual dexterity to work
with systems with no other adaptive assistance beyond that which is
provided as part of normal Microsoft adaptive options.

Educational Qualifications

* Current certification as an MCSA or MSCE or recent (last five
years) computer science degree (A.S or B.S.). Current certification as
an MCP in two or more areas covered in the job description can suffice
to meet the education requirement if the candidate is progressing toward
either an MCSA or MSCE commits to meeting that level of certification
within one year from date of hire.

This is an entry level position. Responsibilities include automated operations software and management of centralized and remote data centers. Monitoring, resubmission and problem escalation of incoming and outgoing automated data feeds, data normalization and storage. Responsible for tape backup/restoration, and tape rotation. Position is the point of contact for all operations related issues. This is a night position in which the employee will work Sunday – Wednesday during the week.

Qualifications: An associate’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, A+ certification and experience (typically 1 to 3 years) supporting an operations data center or equivalent education and related experience; knowledge of theoretical networking and computer operating system concepts and their practical implementations; knowledge of local operating system structures; skill in using system commands and processes; knowledge of basic security concepts; ability to read, comprehend and write technical documentation; ability to communicate effectively with users and system administrators; strong phone support skills.

Determine how to effect change under direct supervision to maximize Starz Entertainment (STE) service subscribers and revenue through promoting, selling, pricing, packaging, and positioning SE services. The Account Manager will develop, implement and measure the effectiveness of an overall Point of Sale plan developed in partnership with the affiliate. Given Starz financial goals and sales objectives for the affiliate, collaborate with the division management team to develop point of sale action plans as part of an overall company and division subscriber growth strategy. Devise marketing strategies, implement tactics, and analyze trends and results to grow market share of STE products through strategic campaigns. Derive monthly business plans utilizing various marketplace perspectives, information about SE and affiliate business initiatives, competitive activity information, and other available resources. Troubleshoot affiliate environment, market conditions, and competitive situations to meet or exceed goals, collaborating with team to prioritize work, while strategically using resources, including Point-of-Sale Specialists and other corporate support groups. Responsible for building strong affiliate relationships in order to facilitate or expedite the sell-in process of STE initiatives. Negotiate carriage agreements for new services. Establishes credibility with customers so they will share non-proprietary information (e.g. STE data, other customer data, and marketplace intelligence). Track subscriber and revenue results of each assigned business unit to ensure revenue growth goals are achieved and exceeded. Monitor contract compliance as it relates to pricing, packaging, and positioning of SE services and immediately communicate any real or potential concern in compliance to division management team.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing preferred or similar discipline; minimum of five years experience in a sales and marketing role, preferably within the TV entertainment field with at least three years of direct sales experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in entertainment preferred. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail, especially in preparing, reconciling, and analyzing reports. Knowledgeable in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint and Project software applications.
