JOB SCOPE:

By working as a part of the team the right candidate will provide
execution and training of the testing process from start to finish for
both manual and automated structures. This person will be responsible to
all automation suits we have in place for creation and modifications.

Primary Responsibilities:

Ensures the delivery of quality software applications by use of
automation, but will need to conducts some manual test
Responsible for creation of test planning documentation, such as
writing test plans/cases, automation scripts and automation test
execution.
Developing, maintaining, and enhancing Automation frameworks
Works with IT and Business teams of varying levels to complete
Quality Assurance tasks on time and within budget
Executes and oversees testing on projects assigned
Responsible for logging, and prioritizing bugs and verifying their
resolution.
Works with multiple programs/systems on projects of high
complexity within multiple development environments.
Performs additional job duties as required.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

Automation Skills:
Experience with web, point of sale, host to host, and mobile
testing
Comprehensive knowledge of HP Quality Center
Expert working knowledge with Quick Test Pro tool required
Knowledgeable of Load Runner desired
Extensive experience in Automated Testing Process (including
configuration, execution, planning)
Train fellow employees on test tool suite usage


Manual Testing Skills:
Object Map generation/understanding knowledge
Experience with code coverage and test tool development
Hands on experience writing test code in VB, Java/C++ or other
related programming language
Tests includes application, network, system and user acceptance
testing
User Centric testing process knowledge
Ability to work in multiple testing environments
Testing Certification a plus

General Skills:
Ability to be flexible with work hours
Analytical and Accurate
Strong interpersonal skills; flexibility; sensitivity, convincing,
creative
Ability to manage aggressive deadlines and changing priorities
Second language a plus
Great communication skills both spoken and written
Ability to maintain confidential information
Strong customer service skills
Project management skills a plus
Excellent Written and Oral communications with both Business and
Technical teammates
Works independently with management and technical groups within
the functions they support
5+ years of formal testing experience

finish. This will include assisting management in scheduling, planning,
and resource allocation. It will also mean that this person will be
assigned to projects in which they will be responsible for automation and
manual testing execution.

Primary Responsibilities:

Accountable for the delivery of quality software applications
using automated and manual testing processes
To assist the QA manager in technical leadership, mentoring and
coaching to less experienced individuals.
Collaborate with IT and Business teams of varying levels to
complete Quality Assurance tasks on time and within budget
Assists in resource allocation including internal and outsourced
team (local and distant)
Assures team adheres to testing process by mentoring and training
Oversees test risk assessment, test strategy planning, test
procedures, test sign off
Tracks and reports quality assurance metrics such as defect
densities and open defect counts
Performs additional job duties as required

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Testing Experience:
7+ years with formal test experience
7+ years experience testing web, point of sale, host to host, and
mobile testing
3+ years working with Quality Center including QTP, TD, and Load
Runner
3+ years working with Automated Testing Process
Experience as a team lead
Ability to juggle both leadership with hands on testing
activities.
Understanding of code coverage and test tool development
Experience writing test code in VB, Java/C++ or other related
programming language
Developing, maintaining, enhancing, and deployment of Automation
frameworks
Must be willing to support manual testing as well as automation
Ability to work in multiple testing environments
Tests includes application, network, system and user acceptance
testing
User Centric testing process experience
Ability to accurately estimate testing timelines
Anticipate and communicate risks accurately and sensitively
Ability to maintain confidential information
Works with multiple programs/systems on projects of high
complexity within multiple development environments.
Oversee day to day testing task, and attend project meetings to
help in decision making

General Experience:
Ability to be flexible with work hours
Strong interpersonal skills; flexible, objective, convincing, and
supportive
