Seeking NURSE, PHYSICIAN ASSISTANT OR NURSE PRACTITIONER with CARDIAC CATH LAB EXPERIENCE. RT/RCIS PREFERRED



Medical Simulation Corporation provides high-quality simulation-based training to medical professionals. We are expanding our operations and need additional staff with hands-on medical experience in order create new training programs for our clients.
About The Position

As a Clinical Developer, you will be responsible for the creation of simulation-based training courses for medical manufacturers. You will be the liaison between the manufacturer and the internal MSC teams who develop and deliver the training - the engineers, the artists, the field trainers and the marketing staff. You will manage the project through the following stages:

* gathering the requirements for engineering so that the non-medical engineers know what to create,

* adjusting the features as the simulation is created to make sure it is medically accurate,

* testing the simulation to ensure it meets our quality standards, and

* rolling out the training program to our field educators to make sure the training is delivered successfully.

In doing this, you will help create the content used to educate thousands of medical professionals worldwide.
Required Experience and Skills

* Ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in a cardiac cath lab, interventional radiology, or other areas performing endovascular procedures. MUST HAVE a current or recent clinical/healthcare background.

* RT/RCIS

* Scrub experience, knowledge of procedural steps and ability to successfully work with physicians.

* Demonstrated ability to gain understanding of complex content and effectively communicate that information to non-medical teammates

* Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint experience

* Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and tasks

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Attention to detail

* Ability to travel, up to 25%
