Applied Trust is a small, stable IT consulting firm located in downtown Boulder, Colorado, that helps its clients maximize their IT investment in the areas of security, performance, and availability, while reducing ecological impact. We serve clients in a variety of industries, including healthcare, financial services, recreation, and government. We are looking to add highly motivated individuals who believe in our corporate philosophy and employee canon.

The Technical Sales Administrator/Client Advocate role is focused on ensuring that we consistently provide our clients with solutions that exactly meet their needs, on time and on budget.

Key responsibilities of the Technical Sales Administrator/Client Advocate position include:
-Generating proposals/quotations for services as assigned. Requires excellent copy writing/proofing skills.
-Assisting in the preparation of presentations for sales meetings, operations reviews, etc.
-Processing sales orders from receipt of client Purchase Order through order entry and acknowledgement.
-Working with clients and engineers to resolve contract administration issues involving, pricing, credit, timelines, etc.
-Managing the logistics of the forecasting process.
-Managing and distributing a standard set of proposal templates to engineers.

This is a 20 hr/week position - significant flexibility in hours. Pay range is $18.25 - $26.50/hr DOE.

This position requires the following:
-Experience in Information Technology sector
-Excellent Microsoft Office skills
-Strong interpersonal communication skills
-Experience in a sales administration or client service capacity
-Excellent attention to detail
-Strong technical writing skills
