Salary Range: $63,800 - $85,080 - $106,300
This position develops dashboards and reports in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) BI Publisher and performs system tuning, system administration, requirements gathering, technical analysis, and report development.
Responsibilities
- Works with IT and asset management staff to maintain, evaluate and create new Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) mappings and formulas.
- Analyzes data from multiple sources making recommendations on budgeting repair and/or replacement forecasting
- Creates, deploys, maintains, analyzes and interprets reports, metadata, graphs, and dashboards seeking cost savings, ROI, replace/rebuild criteria, trend analysis, and decay curves to determine effective use of RTD budgeted funds.
- Works with end users to create reports, graphs, dashboards and analysis for State of Good Repair to fulfill RTD and FTA requirements.
- Identifies and reports possible fleet defects, maintenance trends and safety concerns.
Provides communication regarding data and decision points
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field with Oracle certifications in OBIEE preferred.
- A minimum of five years experience in all phases of Oracle OBIEE or a similar BI application.
- Experience developing and utilizing reports, dashboards, and processes in OBIEE, Crystal Reports, SQL, Access Data Base, and Toad.
- Extensive experience in OBIEE 11.1.1.5.0, including reports, dashboards, metadata and Informatica 9.0.1
- Experience configuring/customizing Bi Apps analytics for Oracle EBS.
- Experience in design, development tuning and documentation of dashboards and reports.
- Knowledgeable in schema design and data management.
- Experience with ETL tools.
- Experience building Executive level, scorecard, KPI dashboard.
- Extensive experience trouble shooting OBIEE issues at the Report, RPD, BI Server and Oracle Database level.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
