Using your expertise in database design and maintenance, you will install, configure and upgrade databases as well as implement and maintain database security, backup, recovery practices and procedures. If you enjoy interfacing with application developers, conducting performance monitoring & tuning, establishing & documenting infrastructure procedures and monitoring database activities, then this may be a perfect opportunity for you to join our talented team!
Experience/Skills Required
Requirements:
· 5+ years of work experience as an Oracle DBA.
· Strong experience with Oracle and SQL Performance/Tuning.
· 2+ years of work experience in Red Hat.
· Possess a strong, broad technical experience base including exposure to and experience in: system architectures, networks, operating systems, backup/storage & applications.
· Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience
· US Citizenship
Preferences:
· 2+ years MySQL DBA experience.
· Knowledge in storage/SAN technologies and Application/Web server architectures.
