Position
As a Java Oracle developer, you will utilize your technology skills to maintain and enhance services and applications in an Oracle BPEL SOA WebLogic environment. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, unit testing, and quality assurance procedures.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop Java Oracle software to populate, analyze, and extract data from Oracle databases, in a SOA/BPEL/WebLogic environment
* Use established programming methodologies to meet specified business requirements within project deadlines
* Document code and processes clearly
* Develop unit tests and quality assurance procedures
* Ensure data integrity and quality
Qualifications
* BA or BS in Computer Science or related degree
* 4+ years experience and strong working knowledge in Java, Oracle, BPEL, SQL, PL/SQL
* Unix shell scripting experience
* Oracle WebLogic application server experience
* Comfortable working in both Windows and Unix (Linux) environments
* Demonstrated experience working on large projects
* High energy, motivated self-starter with ability to take direction and manage tasks with minimal supervision within an energized, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
* Excellent communication (verbal and written) and listening skills
* Innovative and creative, able to champion new ideas and initiatives with attention to detail
* Flexible and resourceful

I-Behavior is looking for a highly-motivated and seasoned Engineering Leader to lead our software development and database teams. I-Behavior*s engineers are designing and implementing solutions on a variety of platforms, including C#, .NET, Java, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Unix, and Windows, in support of sophisticated data-decisioning algorithms. I-Behavior is growing rapidly and is looking for the best and brightest staff to help propel that growth
As a Sr. Technical Manager, you will utilize your management and technology skills to direct the rapid development of efficient applications using multiple technologies. You will manage the entire software development lifecycle, including architecture, design, development, unit testing, and quality assurance procedures.
Specifically, your primary role will be to:
* Coordinate all engineering activities between software development and database groups to meet Operational needs
* Refine development processes to shorten time-to-market with high quality solutions
* Drive effective architectural approaches
* Supervise development using established methodologies to meet specific business requirements and project deadlines
* Confirm that designs, processes, and code are documented clearly
* Ensure that unit tests and quality assurance procedures are effective
* Ensure data quality and integrity
Qualifications
* BA or BS in Computer Science or related degree
* 10+ years experience managing, architecting, and developing solutions using many of the following technologies in a mixed Windows and Unix environment: C#, .NET, Java, Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, Microsoft CRM, Microsoft SSRS
* Experience managing and/or developing multi-terabyte solutions
* Experience with OLTP, OLAP, Data warehousing, and ETL solutions
* 10+ years experience with SQL and relational database systems, including Oracle, MySQL, and SQL Server
* Hands-on, motivated self-starter with ability to manage projects and tasks within an energized, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and listening skills
* Innovative and creative, with the ability to champion new ideas and initiatives
* Flexible and resourceful
Desired Experience:
* Mobile device experience (iPhone, Android, others)
* Experience providing solutions in the Direct Marketing domain
