Team Lead, Technical Recruiting


* Mentor, coach and guide two recruiters, as necessary.

* Maintain the recruiting process including continuous improvements.

* Provide status, suggestions, and feedback to the management team.

* Perform full recruiting duties including:

* Source candidates for consulting services and for client hire
using referrals, the Internet (such as Dice and Monster), networking
and limited advertising

* Phone screen candidates

* Perform face-to-face interviews; make accurate candidate
assessments; complete qualification forms

* Enter and maintain timely and accurate data on all QA/test
contacts/candidates

* Maintain a hot-list of available candidates and update this
information weekly

* Maintain close communication with Account Managers regarding
candidates and opportunities; match candidates to open orders
accurately and quickly

* Arrange client interviews as requested by Account Managers

* Regular communications with candidates in the database

* Attend networking functions as a ProtoTest representative.

* Perform other reasonably related projects and tasks as assigned.
