Accenture**s Services workforce is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, help desk services, and HR. Most of our people in Services are based long-term at a client location, an Accenture Delivery Center or, in some cases, an Accenture office.
People within the Client Operations-AO workgroup are responsible for the day-to-day provision of long-term outsourcing services to one or several clients. Client Operations is where the majority of Services people reside and, typically, people in the workgroup are based permanently at a client location. Application Outsourcing (AO) incorporates skills which support the programming, management and maintenance services required to implement and support new installations or maintain and improve existing legacy systems for our clients.
Job Description
Accenture is providing end to end Application Outsourcing support for a large telecommunications company in Honolulu, Hawaii. The Billing Team Lead will manage development and operations teams responsible for billing, product configuration, payment processing, mediation, revenue assurance, and collections. Work with client directors/managers to define scope, set priorities, resolve issues, and manage billing operations. Team will be responsible for operations, defect resolution, and new development. Billing and Collections capabilities built on Kenan, CSG Mediation, and Kansys products.
Responsibilities include work planning, resource allocation, estimates, ensuring ADM compliance in all phases of the SDLC, escalations to ACN and client executives. Team will consist of approximately 20 resources on/off shore whose primary tasks include configuration of packaged apps, custom development, billing operations, and integration testing.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in telecommunications billing/collections
Minimum of 8 years of experience in system integration with packaged billing applications (Kenan, Convergys, Amdocs or similar)
Bachelor's Degree
Professional Skill Requirements
Proven ability to work independently and manage team member onshore and offshore
Strong leadership abilities
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
