light of this expansion, Webroot is hiring a Web Systems Administrator.
As the Web Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for server
infrastructure at Webroot Software's web hosting facilities and
corporate headquarters.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the server infrastructure at Webroot Software's web
hosting facilities and corporate headquarters
* Daily maintenance as well as planning and design work for
expansion of data center server infrastructure
* Manage web server farm that processes 100 million online
transactions per week
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* 4+ years of experience with Microsoft enterprise software and
expertise with Unix and Linux server operating systems
* Must have advanced understanding of
o FreeBSD operating system
o Apache web server
o MySQL database server administration
o MS SQL 2000 database server administration
o Windows Server 2003
o BIND DNS
o Foundry network load balancers, preferred
