light of this expansion, Webroot is hiring a Web Systems Administrator.
As the Web Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for server
infrastructure at Webroot Software's web hosting facilities and
corporate headquarters.



RESPONSIBILITIES



* Manage & monitor the data center's hardware and software
infrastructures.

* Perform design, development and implementation work related
to the maintenance and expansion of the data center's hardware and
software infrastructures.

* Coordinate with and support Development and other
stake-holders as appropriate.

* Perform on-call duties on a rotating basis.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE



* Required Skills:

o Advanced UNIX and Linux operating system skills (FreeBSD
preferred)

o Strong Apache web server experience

o Strong networking skills

o Experience with DNS and BIND

o Server hardware administration

o Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 40 lbs.



* Desired Administrative Skills:

o Foundry Load Balancers

o MS SQL Server 2000/2005 & MySQL Databases

o Microsoft Windows Server 2003
