The Senior System Engineer for CareAdvance Hosting will support the
CareAdvance application solution delivery. Responsibilities include:
- Work with Microsoft Windows 2003 to manage CAE application
servers, web servers, VMWare servers, and infrastructure servers
- Troubleshoot, install, and maintain CAE hosted operations related
systems and servers
- Monitor CAE system and application availability and performance
- Provide CAE systems support during hosted implementations, on
issues encountered by production hosting customers, to define/refine
product hosting for the CAE solution, and when defining test and
system monitoring
- Technical liaison with CAE Business Unit
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows 2003 is required
- 7+ years experience as a senior Microsoft Systems Engineer, able
to diagnosis and resolve platform/network related issues
- Thorough understanding of Microsoft 2003 system/application
security
- Project experience enabling Microsoft technologies: Active
