As an Oracle Database Architect Developer at CareTouch, your job is to design and enhance our diverse service platform. We are a young and rapidly growing technology service company and our extensive platform requires a diverse level of understanding.

RTP is looking for a Director of RTP|ONE Development to lead the evolution of RTP's flagship enterprise software product suite!

This position will provide broad functional and technical expertise in designing and developing software applications primarily for the RTP|ONE product suite. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•Responsible for design, development and delivery of RTP|ONE product development initiatives working closely with product management and across the rest of the development organization (DB Development, QA, Tech Doc, BA/PM).
•Review business and product requirements and analyze feasibility, approach and estimate development effort.
•Work closely with the VP of Development and Business Analyst/PM to direct day to day activities of the development lifecycle.

•Stay up to date on latest technology trends.
•Interface as appropriate with customers, sales and marketing, delivery and support and all areas of development to represent RTP's software products, derive application requirements, gain input on designs, and drive the best solutions possible into RTP's software products.
