to health care payment processing, which currently costs the medical

first service, SurePayHealth, performs real-time calculations of patient
financial responsibility at scheduling or Point-of-Service, and

We have an openings for Mid Level Software Engineers to work in our
Greenwood Village, Colorado office as part of an agile development team.
The work will encompass the entire software development life cycle,
including, but not limited to, requirements, design, coding, unit
testing, documentation, system testing, installation, and data
center/customer support as required.



Position Responsibilities:



* Develop quality production level application code based within
our agile development model and ensure that the deliverables align with
the product roadmap and vision

* Ensure consistent quality in all software that is released

* Be responsible for taking leadership positions on technical
initiatives and ensuring deliverables and timelines are met

* Research, design and write new software programs

* Integrate existing software applications

* Research new technologies

* Create technical specifications and test plans

* Mentor and help junior developers

* Work closely with other staff

Qualifications:

* Application server programming

* 2+ years JAVA software development experience

* Experience with server side Development (non-web development)

* Experience with object oriented analysis and programming
skills

* Experience on Windows Platforms

* Experienced with multi-threading

* Experienced with networking, IO

* Demonstrable experience in developing distributed software
solutions to consistent quality standards

* Desire and ability to learn about the health care industry

Education:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent in Computer Science

Position Overview

Responsible for understanding the detailed reporting required for various programs defined by the PAYGo team and provide analysis against existing business systems platforms and processes to determine the optimal implementation path. Create business requirements for PAYGo reporting and contribute to on-time on-quality and on-budget project launches. Go to resource for system platform and process knowledge for the organization at large.


Develop PAYGo Reporting

Develop and maintain daily and weekly reporting of on-hand and shipment data on all phones and accessories.
Develop enhanced reports that detail inventory on-hand stock for both phones and accessories by sales and fulfillment channel outling overall inventory statuses including on-hand in-transit and expected DOH by inventory location.
Enhance the current reporting to better identify critical items proactively vs. reactively.
Develop and produce monthly summary reports that can be used in the PAYGo process.
Implement standardized reporting and production planning for handsets and accessories both manually developed and extracted from JDA tool.


Create Automate and Maintain Reporting
Create and execute the automation of current manual reports and develop automated reporting from JDA demand planning and fulfillment tool.
Produce automated daily updates to purchases deliveries and open orders.
Develop automated exception based reporting for inventory supplies.
Create automated report to track and recommended packaging goods needed to kit devices.


Develop and Maintain Reporting Tools


Create automation of data entry to manual reporting templates for all products
Develop standardized and automated reports from JDA to track KPI achievement.
Create standardized tools for gathering channel level inputs
Ensure data accuracy and timely delivery of reporting templates
Correct any data integrity issues with data required for forecasting.


Manage Core PAYGo Projects


Develop standardized dashboard type reporting for at risk items
Lead the technical business requirements for the development and implementation of the new JDA and Oracle modules.
Complete special projects as assigned during the year.


Required Qualifications

Position Description

The Information Security and Compliance Officer will be responsible for

responsible for maintaining compliance with all SAS 70 Operational
Controls. This is a hands-on position combining Information Security
Compliance management with network and systems administration of
security technology.



Key Responsibilities:

* Ensure the development and implementation of policies and
procedures related to all aspects of Information Security including
HIPAA and PCI.
* Coordinate initial and subsequent information risk assessments
to ensure patient health information is adequately protected.
* Manage and coordinate Operational Controls for SAS 70 compliance
as well as HIPAA Compliance, PCI and other audit activities.
* Assist in the design and implementation of Information Security
technology.
* Monitor and manage use of security tools, logs, alerts, and
tests to ensure all security functions are operational at all times.
* Lead information security training and awareness programs to
educate the workforce.
* Work with the HIPAA Privacy Officer to:

* ensure alignment of privacy and security policies,
procedures and practices
* ensure compliance with security related policies and
procedures
* ensure appropriate access controls
* address and ensure disaster recovery and business
continuity of patient health information
* establish, implement and lead an incident response team
to contain, investigate and prevent future breaches of patient health
information

* Serve as information security consultant to the organization.



Qualifications:

* Working knowledge of HIPAA and PCI regulatory compliance
requirements

* Experience implementing industry best practices required to
attain ISO and other forms of organizational certifications
* SANS, CISA or other individual certification

Level 3 Communications is currently looking for a Content Services Network Operations technician to join the team maintaining and growing the Level 3 Content Delivery Network Offering and Vyvx services.
