Overview:

LogRhythm is looking to hire a Product Manager that will own the product lifecycle of new features,  products, and services, from high level concept, authoring of marketing as well as technical requirements, go-to-market activities, and operational delivery. This role will be supporting a critical strategic component of our growth and be a key contributor to an award winning product.

Responsibilities:

    Collect customer, sales, market, and engineering input for the development of market requirements, including associated use cases, problem statements, and personas.
    Evangelize to the industry on LogRhythm’s products and technologies through webinars and speaking engagements
    Perform key analysis of market trends and competitive movement.
    Act as a subject matter expert, support key sales opportunities recommending solutions that satisfy the business need and support the product roadmap development.
    Collaborate with Product Owners balancing strategic and tactical priorities and customer driven enhancement requests
    Work across the entire product line life cycle, from strategic planning, day to day product development activities, SKU management, new product introductions, and end-of-life activities.

Qualifications:

Who You Are

    Product Management: You have minimum 5 years of experience in a product management role for a software-based enterprise product.
    Product Lifecycle Savvy: You understand all aspects of the product line lifecycle activities, including the coordination and execution of new product introduction, go-to-market release plans, product line transitions, and end-of-life tasks.
     Technical Background: Have you been involved in building a product as an engineer or developer? Do you get your hands dirty setting up network and security products? Your technical background should be deep enough that you are able to comfortably work closely with engineering in communicating requirements into product development.
    Writer: You are experienced in writing both marketing as well as detailed product requirements
    Relationship Builder: You are experienced in managing strategic partner relationships.
    Pricing: You can manage a products pricing utilizing a variety of pricing schemes
    Presenter: You have the ability to create and give presentations to a variety of audiences
    Systems and Certs: Ideally you have experience with SalesForce and have knowledge of federal government certification activities.
    Efficient: You ensure projects are completed on-time, with the highest expertise.
    Collaborative: You enjoy working in the ultimate cross functional environment, learning from others and collectively sharing accomplishments with others.
    Degreed: You have relevant education that lines up with the work. Having an MBA is a plus.
