POSITION DESCRIPTION:

This senior level User Interface and Graphical Design position will be
responsible for designing, prototyping and developing user interface
designs for a variety of products. Design work will involve web-based
graphical user interfaces as well as client-server Windows desktop
software. This role is a fundamental part of the design team. The
position will work closely with the Product Management organization,
and
act as a central resource to the Product Designers/Business Analysts

Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be
solved with automated systems. Partners with users to identify,
evaluate, and develop systems and procedures which are cost effective
and meet user requirements. May plan and execute unit, integration, and
acceptance testing; and creates specifications for systems to meet
business requirements.



REQUIREMENTS:

* 5+ years designing, building and implementing complex Graphical
User Interfaces
* Significant experience in business analysis, requirements
definition and deployment of business requirements to information
systems.
* Data visualization experience is extremely desirable
* Expert in User Centered Design practices and research methods
* Experience creating and maintaining GUI Standards & Design
Patterns
* Usability Inspection and Usability Testing experience required
* Proficiency in one or more of user interface and graphics design
software packages such as Visual Studio, Visio, Dreamweaver, CorelDRAW

* 4-year degree in computer science or related field or equivalent
experience

support for McKesson products operating in a UNIX, client/server
environment on Oracle database systems. Solutions are highly
