Position Summary: The Business Systems Analyst conducts systems analysis and provides technical support for core system and business applications used by the various business units, delivering superior customer service while managing relationships with end users, business area leaders, partners and vendors to ensure deliverables exceed expectations. Key responsibilities include: 
- Reviews,analyzes, evaluates and understands business systems and user needs
- Works with business process owners to solve business problems using available applications
- Proactively provide solutions, efficiencies, and streamlining business processes using technology
- Analyzes,determines requirements, tests and implements new/modified computer applications
- Performs configuration changes and maintenance of business applications and coordinate upgrades with vendors
- Contributes technical knowledge and understanding of applications to business process changes and support documentation
- Escalates outages and degraded software performance to vendors for resolution and serves as primary interface to evaluate, implement, address, and coordinate new releases, patches, and regulatory compliance 
- Execute sand facilitates  periodic testing and implementation of contingency plans to ensure availability of applications in case of system failure
- Serves as second tier support for software problems in frontend and backend systems
- Adheres to internal processes and design principles
Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements: 
- 5+years’ experience supporting business applications environments
- Experience with all phases of software development, utilizing Development Life Cycle practices
- Ability to execute multiple complex projects within required timelines and expectations
- Working knowledge and understanding of financial institution operation and business processes including technology solutions used in financial institution operations
- Aptitude for technology applications
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated conceptual thinking and analytical skills
 Preferred 
- Experience with the Jack Henry suite of technologies (specifically Episys, Synapsys, Synergy, and Image Teller Capture) and MeridianLink OpeningAct and LoansPQ

Janus - SharePoint Developer

ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for development and maintenance of company intranet/extranet presence based on the SharePoint platform. Works closely with team members and business partners to identify and understand opportunities for improved information sharing across the organization and crafts innovative solutions to meet business needs. Responsible for SharePoint platform architecture and technology lifecycle, supports ongoing platform operations, and ensures the highest levels of service availability for end-users. Provides excellent customer service while addressing a wide variety of business needs in a client focused environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  *  Works closely with business partners and technology personnel to understand requirements and translate those to timely and effective solutions based on appropriate technologies

  *  Improve collaboration around and the management of unstructured information by applying enterprise content management, information architecture and records management principles to the SharePoint environment

Zoll - Product Manager

Responsibilities:

Direct Responsibilities:
Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities
Develop short-, mid-, and long-range strategies for ZOLL’s Fleet Safety and Management portfolio

Qualifications:

Required Skills:
5+ years of relevant product management experience in high tech industry with a track record of successful product delivery and achievement of P&L goals

Demonstrated experience managing products in accordance with compliance and regulatory requirements

EchoStar is seeking a highly technical and innovative Scrum Product Owner to help deliver complex software used to support internal operations. This position involves working with a passionate, fast paced, highly technical engineering team and is focused on driving the support of a highly technical group of customers.  This position supports a team that delivers monitoring services for our satellite constellation and OSS applications.

Responsibilities:
  *  Develop an intimate understanding of customer needs, manage all stakeholder input, and use this knowledge to guide product decisions
  *  Quickly become the team's technical subject matter expert to act as the funnel for all innovation inquiries
  *  Create and maintain features and user stories in the team and sprint backlogs so that the product effectively addresses user needs while maintaining robustness, redundancy, and scalability

EchoStar - Developer

Summary:
Dishanywhere.com in Superior, CO is looking for a Senior Staff Full Stack Developer to perform design and implementation on data aggregation systems.

Responsibilities:
·    Design, implement, and create unit tests for new backend services written in groovy and python for existing dishanywhere.com data aggregation systems.  Enhance existing features.
·    Assist in re-architecting data aggregation systems – both front end and back end in a phased manner.
·    Will be responsible for working with dishanywhere.com team and several external teams.

Basic Requirements:
·    BS Computer Science or equivalent and 10+ years of software development experience
·    3+ years of experience with backend services development in Python.
