We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our Business Analytics team as the Manager of Business Analytics in Westminster, CO. What your day-to-day will look like:
Lead our Business Analytics team including hiring, training, performance monitoring, coaching, motivation, conflict resolution & career development
Craft stories with data
Surfacing actionable, revenue impacting information from the 10 billion+ database writes executed every day
Provide high level, customized analytics to satisfy the invariable change that exists in day to day operations
Support the Visual Data Analysts team and the Yield Analysts
Construct the next evolution of our Business Analytics capability
Resource planning and acquisition
Collaborate with senior engineers and data scientists to deliver value for our clients
Work closely with our operations teams in US and international offices
Requirements you must have:
Bachelors degree in statistics, computer science or related fields
Previously in a senior or lead role
Experience in an applied mathematics or analytics role
Big data manipulation and ad hoc reporting suites
Strong technical knowledge of analytics techniques
Good Python experience
Positivity in day to day dealings
Excellent communication skills
