About the Role:
Working as a key member of our incredible team you will install, configure and maintain our Linux/Unix systems and servers.  You'll apply your vast knowledge of VMWare (ESX) including all layers of hardware and software.  You'll also work with the team to analyze and resolve those pesky problems that surface on a daily basis.  Your input will help guide our technical direction and further optimize our data center environment.
What you'll be doing:
•    Administering server platforms both physical and virtual running x86 and Sparc
•    Maintaining the VMware ESX/ESXi virtual environment
•    Performing system backups and recovery
•    Monitoring system performance and performing fine tuning as necessary
•    Managing our Hitachi SAN/NAS to make sure that everything runs smoothly for our business customers
•    Assisting in maintaining environment integrity and security
•    Performing capacity analysis and forecasting
•    Designing, documenting and implementing changes to environments
•    Developing maintenance policies and procedures for systems
•    Assisting with training and mentoring of junior staff
•    Providing backup capabilities to other key roles within the team
What we're looking for from you:
•    A Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering or a related discipline
•    A minimum of 5 years of Solaris and/or Redhat Linux system administration including deployment and maintenance
•    At least 2 years of experience administering VMware ESX/ESXi servers
•    Documented experience with Enterprise Class SAN/NAS administration
•    Extensive scripting, tuning and performance monitoring experience
•    Experience installing software releases, firmware, system upgrades and patches
•    DNS and DHCP administration experience
•    Knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN and WAN concepts and implementations
•    Excellent communications skills with customers and vendors;
•    VMWare or other certifications a plus. Disaster Recovery experience a plus

About the Role:
You will report to the Manager, IT Security & Compliance as a technical architecture and audit specialist.  This position will apply your significant knowledge and hands on experience with computer security controls, application security, network architecture, computer forensics, incident response.  You'll be responsible for providing business support by performing security assessments, security architecture & design, and formal review of security controls required to maintain Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA and PCI-DSS compliance.

What you'll be doing:
•    Providing technical security expertise and guidance to the architecture, network and application teams
•    Acting as a trusted advisor to IT and your business partners on all enterprise IT Security initiatives
•    Aiding in the execution of information security risk assessments along with internal and external auditing for security and compliance issues related to Sarbanes Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA and PCI-DSS compliance.
•    Providing operational security support for security infrastructure (Anti-Virus, Encryption, Content Filtering / Data Loss Prevention)
•    Working closely with business and other organizational stake holders to complete 3rd party RFI / Security questionnaires.
•    Providing input into the development and design of security infrastructure
•    Participating in the development, auditing and enforcement of IT Security policies, standards/procedures for the organization
•    Providing backup capabilities to the IT Security & Compliance team

What we're looking for from you:
•    Bachelor's Degree – Information Technology, Computer Sciences or equivalent combination of education and work experience in a related field.
•    Minimum of 5 years in a computer related field, with at least 3 directly in Information Security.
•    CISSP or CISA certification.
•    Sarbanes-Oxley, HIPAA, GLBA and PCI-DSS experience (or a healthy subset)
•    Experience with disaster recovery planning, testing, auditing, risk analysis, business continuity planning, contingency planning
•    Solid experience in networking and operating systems (TCP/IP and Windows / Linux)
•    Working Knowledge of mainstream  security and infrastructure products
•    Ability to articulate and document security configurations
•    Strategic thinking skills
•    Strong interpersonal "team player" from a highly motivated self-starter
•    Strong ability to persuade, convince and influence others through collaboration
•    Ability to work and effectively prioritize in a highly dynamic work environment

About the Role:
As the newest member of our amazing infrastructure team you will be our Apple guru – supporting all Apple products deployed to our team members and in the field.  Your most visible role will be working closely with our executive leadership to ensure that they have access to their devices whenever and wherever they need them.  This includes MacBook, iPhone and iPad – making sure that devices are protected, operational and available.
What you'll be doing:
•    Designing and implementing a standard Mac deployment scheme.
•    Setting up new devices; network, email and applications
•    Responding to all service and trouble requests – occasional help desk backup
•    Troubleshooting computer issues via phone, in-person and email
•    Resolving remote connectivity issues
•    Maintaining inventory for hardware and software
•    Assisting with office moves and setups
•    Creating and maintaining documented procedures as well as new hire information

What we're looking for from you:
•    A BS degree in a technical discipline and at least 3 years of experience in support role with a specialization in Apple device management
•    Apple Certified Associate – Mac Integration 10.7, Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP 10.7, Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification a plus
•    Experience supporting/Troubleshooting Mac OS, iPad, iPhone, Parallels and VMWare Fusion
•    Experience installing/Configuring Casper Software and Mac Images
•    Experience supporting Microsoft Office 2011

About the Role:
You'll make a significant contribution to the design, development, testing and support of solutions to populate an Enterprise Data Warehouse from transactional sources. You'll create and maintain processes to load Data Marts from the Data Warehouse, and provide robust data mappings to be used within the Enterprise Asset Recovery Management System.  You'll apply your experience toward simple, scalable and often creative solutions to complex problems.  Working with your product owners and business users you'll clarify requirements, secure design approval and lead design discussions that result in elegant valuable solutions. 
What you'll be doing:
•    Providing production support for ETL processes (Informatica and some PL/SQL)
•    Working as a member of our high performance Agile development team
•    Developing/maintaining ETL mappings and PL/SQL scripts to retrieve data for troubleshooting, analysis and reporting
•    Following standards for ETL administration including the scheduling, running, monitoring, logging, management of errors, recovery from failures, and validation of outputs to target systems
•    Gathering mapping requirements and coordinating all data movement activities
•    Analyzing business requirements holistically and as they relate to the ETL processes
•    Researching, evaluating and recommending alternative solutions
•    Designing and implementing data management and ETL best practices, standards and procedures
•    Facilitating design reviews and code walkthroughs
•    Mapping source system data to target data models

What we're looking for from you:
•    3+ years experience with Data Integration and Data Warehousing.
•    Demonstrated experience with Informatica PowerCenter 8.6 and 9.x
•    Strong emphasis on integration experience, particularly with XML, various flat file formats and web service infrastructure
•    Experience in relational databases specifically Oracle Database 11.0, SQL Server
•    Excellent PL/SQL and relational database programming skills
•    Excellent ETL staging environment development skills along with experience with performance tuning ETL processes.  Professional experience with Informatica PowerCenter highly desirable       
•    Strong problem solving skills.
•    Impeccable communication skills and very comfortable working with business users and department heads
•    Comfortable with data modeling concepts (star schema, snowflake schemas, highly normalized data models), and familiarity with data modeling tools such as Embarcadero Erwin.
•    Depth of knowledge in physical database administration concepts such as table partitioning, materialized views, and indexing strategies and their role within the Data Warehousing environment.
•    In depth experience in requirements gathering and analysis
•    Highly motivated  to continually increase knowledge and experience
