automation from scratch in this project I also set up the
environment for Quick Test Pro for post production automation. Study
the XML Schema Docks and testit.
Wrote test cases for voice response unit . (IVR.)
Provided inputs to update the test plan with the modification in the

employers. It also processes the requests for unemployment benefits
from unemployed and calculates eligible periods and amounts. It also
reconciles various records with IRS. This application is primarily
developed on Siebel with a SQL back end server. It receives data
online from employers and registers them under various conditions.
It also receives and sends data from/to IRS on 9 track tapes and
flat files on a continuous basis.
Involved in Defect Writing, Defect Life cycle and general knowledge

Software Engineer


Major Duties & Responsibilities:

We're building some of the highest traffic local search sites in the
world – across voice, wireless, and Internet channels – and
we're looking for the best and the brightest to grow our team.

* Are the best problem-solving engineer that you know.
* Are willing to learn and use leading-edge technologies.

* Our tight-knit of engineers develops in agile 2-week iterative
development cycles, working closely on multiple projects with other
team
members to meet aggressive schedules. In addition to writing code to
directly satisfy business requirements, 10% of each engineer's time is
allocated to research and development, including contribution back to
open-source software projects.

Job requirements:

* 4+ years experience with Java in a commercial environment.
* 4+ years experience with web development.
* Good working knowledge of a Dependency Injection framework
(Spring
preferred).
* Experience with an MVC framework such as Struts or Spring MVC.
* Strong communicator.
* Search Engine experience a plus (FAST, Lucene, etc)
* Background in online search directories, online advertising, or
yellow pages a plus.
