Purpose:



The Sr. DBA will assist in the application development, debugging,
configuration, and optimization from database perspective. This role
will monitor and implement companywide database environment.



Responsibilities Include:



* Troubleshooting and resolution of database issues.

* Assist with software release management, software upgrades,
new products, and migration.

* Database development, reporting development and data
migration.

* Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and
user defined functions.

* Monitoring and performance optimization of Microsoft SQL
Server.

* Optimization and tuning of SQL.

* Perform database design by analyzing business requirements.

* Other tasks as needed.



Requirements:



* 7 + years SQL server administration experience.

* 7 years experience performing and tuning.

* Strong SSIS, SSRS, and SAN skills.

* 7 years TSQL programming experience.

* Must have working knowledge of stored procedures, views and
SQL user defined functions.

* 2 year SQL Server management studio experience.

* Must be able to work in a high paced team environment.

* Must have SQL Server 2005 migration experience.
