SOFTWARE SUPPORT SPECIALIST
Primary Job Function:
Provides technical support to ZOLL customers, answering complex
questions on function and usage of our products via the telephone and/or
internet. Serve as primary support liaison between company and
customers.
Duties:
Responsibilities:
* Possess thorough knowledge of company's products used by
customers
* Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved
* Involved in any follow-up , testing and troubleshooting.
Qualifications:
Professional Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Sense of logic, and creative problem solving skills
* Detail oriented and organized
* Experience in a fast paced, and sometimes high pressure
environment
* Patience
* Sense of humor J
* Must play well with others
Technical Requirements:
* Experience installing and upgrading software
* Windows Server 2003 troubleshooting experience
* SQL Server 2000 and 2005 (a big plus)
* Crystal Reports (another big plus!)
