POSITION SUMMARY

The product manager is responsible for defining market requirements and
packaging the features into product releases. This position involves close
interaction with development leads, product architects, and key customers.



PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Requirements gathering from new and existing clients as well as
recent evaluators

* Conduct technology assessment

* Monitor implementation of each product project

* Analyze the competitive landscape

* Maintain the product portfolio roadmap

* Monitor and incorporate industry innovations

* Define user personas for individual products

* Write product requirements and use scenarios

* Maintain Agile product backlogs

* Adhere to company policies as defined
* Accept and complete assignment with open, cooperative, positive, and
team oriented attitudes
* Actively participate in team meetings and 1 on 1 communications
* Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of applicable products
and services as they evolve
* Increase knowledge through internal resources, supervisors, fellow
employee's, company trainings, and trade publications



QUALIFICATIONS:

* BA or BS in Computer Science or related field, MBA preferred.

* At least 5-7 years direct experience in software product
management execution and success

* Experience working in an agile development environment
(agile/SCRUM methodologies)

* Certified Product Owner is a benefit, but not required

* Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff,
colleagues, cross-functional teams, and third parties

* Experience focusing on customer success and end-user product
initiatives

* Strong technical background is required as shown through
experience in a high tech work environment with software development, QA,
and architecture teams

* Excellent verbal, written, visual communication skills; thorough
reading comprehension

* Proactive troubleshooting, listening and problem solving skills

* Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and logical thinking

* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to meet
deadlines

* Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, highly dynamic business
environment
