Job Description



The Enterprise Services Division (ESD) at TouchStar provides support
and
consultation for "large" and/or "wide" scale customers that require a
higher level of guidance and support by dedicated personnel who
comprehensively understand the application of TouchStar's proprietary
software solutions to the customer's business and environment. ESD
provides dedicated consultation and support services to these
particular
customers to provide direction to achieve maximized ROI by focusing on
the following high level goals:

* System Stability and Risk Mitigation Strategies
* Performance Analysis (Data Driven)
* System and Process Optimization based on Analysis



ESD is seeking a full time Enterprise Analyst specializing in the
TouchStar CTI Core, TouchStar IP PBX, and TouchStar Scripting
proprietary applications. This position will require anywhere from 50 -
80% travel to client locations, and will include extensive interaction
with enterprise level clients. So a clean, sophisticated and
professional presence is necessary. The role of an ESD Analyst will be
to act as the primary point of contact and significant decision maker
for 2 -5 enterprise clients. Particularly, while engaged with a client,
the Enterprise Analyst will significantly contribute to the
aforementioned goals by taking on roles and responsibilities including:

* Dedicated and primary support contact during business hours.
* Primary troubleshooter of TouchStar application issues
* Activation of internal technical and/or development resources to
assist with troubleshooting and/or implementations
* Project planning for scheduled maintenance and/or new
application/patch implementations
* Creator of proposals involving:

* Storage relating to custom TouchStar solution
* Backup relating to custom TouchStar solution
* Redundancy relating to custom TouchStar solution
* Disaster Recovery relating to custom TouchStar solution

* Routine client visits



Required Skills



* 2-3 years of technical experience in TouchStar's proprietary
solutions including: TouchStar CTI Core, TouchStar IP PBX, and
TouchStar Scripting
* Love of Travel (Previous professional travel experience is
highly preferred)
* Desire to deliver excellent customer service
* Ability to clearly and professionally communicate (written and
verbal)
* Desire and ability to learn quickly
* Attention to detail, customer focus, and the ability to work
under great pressure and in a fast-paced environment

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Seeking an Installation Engineer for TouchStar Software's Professional
Services Organization.

JOB DUTIES:

Travel required - 75% to 90% travel should be expected


Interface with customers at beginning of implementation phase to set
expectations and communicate the schedule and order in which the
implementation will take place.



Stage telephony, SQL, and other servers in racks in accordance with
customer's directions.



Help turn up T1 lines through a collaborated effort with customer's
telephone company.



Install and configure necessary software/hardware as described by the
SOW (statement of work)



Train customer/agents/supervisors/managers on the functionality and use
of the TouchStar suite of products.



Remain on-site to resolve any problems that arise during initial use of
product and to assure full customer satisfaction and understanding of
the solution implemented.



Ability to communicate complex situations and status to home office.


SKILLS REQUIRED:

-1-2 years IPPBX and VOIP experience

-2 years database experience in Microsoft SQL server

-1 year minimum employment providing customer service

-1-2 years system/network administration experience



-Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows software conventions

-Advanced knowledge of server operating systems

-Understanding of networks and networking (LAN/WAN)

-Understanding of telephony, T1 technology, PBX
-Excellent customer service skills
