We are currently recruiting for an Operations Systems Analyst to join
our team located in our Westminster, Colorado branch office.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Professional with a sense Business Systems Analysis and process
engineering to work with operational liaisons to implement new
partners with our loan processing system. This includes, gathering
information about partner set-up and process constraints/objectives,
translating these into a process solution and then writing the
business need requirements needed to effectively develop or integrate
said process. Candidate will act as liaison between the IT and
Business teams, write technical requirements for system development,
and act as a project manager for development projects. Candidate would
provide support and troubleshooting applications, as well as drive
integration and end user acceptance.
Long term goal for this candidate would be to develop requirements for
a Partner Integration Profiling System. The successful candidate
filling this position will have significant growth and career
development opportunity within Ardent Financial.
Job Requirements:
- 1- 3 years Business Systems Analyst experience
- Database & Systems knowledge – Logical and not afraid to work with
data and electronic transactions (flat and xml).
- Experience with the .Net framework and SQL Server 2005
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Process Engineering and Project Management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Inquisitive – ability to ask key driving questions
- Quantitative – able to objectively weigh the cost-to-benefit/value
when assessing the need for new technology or processes to support a
partner
- Excellent communication skills required
- Able to use data and projections for cost-benefit analysis
- Takes initiative to learn and dig – asks relevant and thoughtful
questions.
- Intermediate VISIO user or able to create process flows
- Intermediate/Expert Excel
