What you Offer:



This position will be involved in all aspects of enhancing, maintaining,
operating, and providing information from and access to the company's
SQL and OLAP data warehouse.



Essential Job Duties:

Design, implement, and maintain SQL and OLAP data schema. Design,
implement, enhance, and maintain ETL system written with DTS, SSIS, SQL
scripts, and VB.Net. Design, implement, enhance, and maintain reports
written with Reporting Services and, to a lesser extent, Excel and
Access. Design, implement, enhance, and support internal tools for
user-facing reporting and data delivery tasks. Manage the ETL and
reporting infrastructure to ensure the smooth and timely processing of
data and delivery of reports. Participate in the management of the SQL
and OLAP databases and related systems. Assist with other team projects
and activities, as required. On a rotating basis, provide on-call
support and off-hours operations for data warehousing and reporting
systems.



Experience:

A Bachelor's degree is required. A variety of skills will be required
for this position. We do not expect candidates to be experienced in all
of the areas listed below, but please provide specific information on
your experience with the following:

* Microsoft SQL 2005, including schema design, query design, and
stored procedure development.
* Microsoft Analysis Services 2005, include cube design and MDX
query design.
* Microsoft .NET languages, specifically VB.Net, C#, or ASP.Net.
* Microsoft DTS, SSIS, or other ETL software.
* Report writing with Microsoft Reporting Services, Crystal
Reports, or equivalent.

and external clients to define and implement SQL and OLAP data stores,
ETL processes, reports, data warehouse tools, and other systems, as

The Quality Assurance Analyst assists in the creation and maintenance
of an automated testing environment for a financial services web-
based client application. The Analyst interfaces with product
managers, project managers, software developers and other testers to
support the development process. This position analyzes functional
requirements and designs documents in order to write test plans and
test scripts, to trouble-shoot failed tests and to report and track
software defects and issues. The Analyst supports business during
user acceptance testing including responding to questions, training
needs and reviewing found defects. The QA analyst mentors the
Quality Analyst on test documents, software testing principles and
product support, and also:

• Provides support of all products related to the software used
to support our client systems
• Tests new development/defects and coordinates user testing
with the business units to ensure quality and project requirements
are being met
• Reviews system data and product quality to ensure integrity
• Prepares and conducts appropriate automated test scripts on
the most critical client-facing applications
• Works with testing lead to effectively prioritize test
scripts to ensure the most critical 80% of the application is being
tested

Minimum Requirements: A college degree is required along with 2-3

cycle. A fundamental knowledge of Mercury Functional Testing Tools
including QuicktestPro and WinRunner is required. Knowledge of
financial services industry is preferred.

Must have the ability to communicate the state of a product to
stakeholders in order to analyze risk prior to production. Must be
able to juggle tasks and priorities to meet rapidly changing
deadlines. Must be self-motivated to actively push forth learning
using multiple tactics. Must possess the ability to work relatively
independently once assignments are given.

Must possess a fundamental aptitude for the use of automated testing

Required Education & Skills:

Mortgage Cadence is looking for an experienced Web Solutions Architect
with strong object-oriented, C#/.NET development skills. Position is
located in the Denver Tech Center area. We are a Microsoft Gold
Certified Partner and makers of Mortgage Cadence Orchestrator -- a
leading mortgage lending (LOS) product. The candidate should have 5+
years of experience with architecture, analysis and development of
scalable, secure, high-performance enterprise web solutions. This
position requires a thorough understanding of multi-tier architectures,
and the ability to design and develop software components across all
tiers of a distributed enterprise application, including front end
components (both Web and Windows), business objects, and database stored
procedures. Microsoft SQL Server programming experience is required.
Ideal candidate should possess strong technical, analytical and
communication skills, and be well versed in prioritizing, multi-tasking
and managing workload to meet critical timelines without compromising
overall product quality. Experience in the mortgage lending industry is
