The Billing Systems Analyst will analyze and design new business processes related to billing, product configuration, payment processing, mediation, revenue assurance, taxation, bill presentment, and collections. Identify and define business process and application requirements. Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements. Assist in translating requirements into test conditions and expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing and serve as a liaison to the business community.
Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Work planning, project management/team lead for 5-10 resources on/off shore.
Tasks and deliverables will relate to configuration of packaged apps, custom development (rqmts, analysis, design, build, test), billing operations, and integration testing.
Must work with client counterparts to resolve issues, manage scope, and deliver on commitments.
Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in the following areas:
