RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop, implement and manage test plans, test scripts,
schedules, and detailed reporting for new web application builds and
releases.
* Manage the development and execution of all functional and
regression testing. Resolve issues, correct errors, and deliver quality
applications.
* Work closely with developers and project managers on all aspects
of our web applications including reviewing specifications, designing
and implementing automation procedures, and creating test data
* Define and enhance QA processes methodologies. Ensure
established standards, processes and procedures are used consistently
throughout the system development life cycle.
* Define and track quality assurance metrics
* Coordinate with business teams to diagnose errors reported by
end users and determine appropriate steps to resolve issues.
* Manage defect tracking and resolution process
* Provide support as needed on SOX compliance and IT Control
testing
* Supervise and train testing personnel
* This position is approximately 50% management/50% hands-on QA
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* Candidate must have experience in QA for web applications
and
managing multiple projects simultaneously within a web QA environment.
* Solid and proven project management and project planning
skills
* Thorough understanding of:
* Development Life-Cycle Process (primarily Agile)
* QA Life-Cycle Process, Testing Methodologies and practical
application
* Formalized QA Product Risk Assessments and Techniques
* Analyzing Requirement Specifications
* QA Metrics for Automation, Defects, Scheduling, or Resources
* Developing Test Plans
* Software change control policies and procedures

* QA Test Environments utilizing SQL databases
