We are seeking a QA Engineer to join our team in testing a SaaS multi-tenant enterprise product.
What you’ll be doing:
Be a part of the creation of an revolutionary new tool by helping to maintain high quality throughout the test and product development lifecycle. You’ll work with the QA Team to plan and execute manual testing across multiple platforms and browsers. Pretty quickly, you’ll have an understanding of the application concepts and flow and you’ll be able to identify re-usable key components for automation purposes. This understanding will help grow our QA process into a well-oiled, efficiency machine that is ready for anything.
Documentation is a must – we are building something new here, and we expect to track the details and changes: from bug tracking, to unit testing, to creating test plans and use cases, you will execute and document it all. Customer Success, IT, Sales and Development teams will rely on your documentation efforts to mold their approaches to our customers and requests, so attention to detail and willingness to collaborate are musts for this role. This isn't button pressing - you'll have a dynamic role in developing the entire QA process.

Here’s what you’ll need to succeed (these are must-haves):
At least 3 years in QA Tester capacity for a software development organization, specifically websites
Familiarity with JavaScript – this is our core language for our entire stack, front end and back end
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Knowledge and respect of the importance of documentation, as well as the capacity to execute high quality and detailed documentation
Ability to effectively manage multiple concurrent projects
Extraordinary time management and prioritization skills, along with independent judgment
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment
Experience and success working on a team
Experience with a defined software test life cycle
Local to Greater Denver
Bonuses:
Automated testing setup and configuration exposure (selenium, Jasmine, etc.) is a big plus
Experience working with video in a web environment - even bigger plus if you have Flash testing experience
Mobile testing and/or Salesforce.com experience a major plus!
Exposure to test management tools, such as JIRA
